  • “Project” refers to any task, assignment, or scope of work provided to the Client by WebAura Creations.

2. Services

WebAura Creations provides services including but not limited to:

  • Website Design and Development
  • Graphic and Branding Design
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Digital Marketing and Consultation
  • Website Maintenance and Hosting

Each service may be subject to additional agreements or project proposals.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information and necessary content for project completion.
  • Review and approve drafts or deliverables in a timely manner.
  • Adhere to agreed payment schedules.

4. Payment Terms

  • All projects require a minimum [50% upfront deposit] unless otherwise agreed.
  • The remaining balance is due upon completion and approval of the final deliverable.
  • Late payments may incur a [5% monthly late fee].

5. Revisions & Approvals

  • Minor revisions are included as per the project scope.
  • Major changes or additional work may be billed separately.
  • Final approval must be provided in writing (email or project management tool) before project closure.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancellation before the project begins: 80% refund of the upfront payment.
  • Cancellation after work begins: No refund unless otherwise agreed.
  • No refunds for completed and approved work.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All intellectual property created by WebAura Creations remains our property until full payment is received.
  • Upon full payment, ownership rights of final approved deliverables transfer to the Client.
  • We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary information shared during the project.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
  • Losses due to third-party tools, plugins, or platforms.

10. Third-Party Services

We may recommend or integrate third-party services. You are responsible for complying with those providers’ terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Services if:

  • Payment is overdue.
  • The Client breaches these Terms.
  • The Client engages in unethical or abusive behavior.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your State/Country]. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of [Your City/State].

13. Changes to Terms
